Mother finds hope after amputation
CORDELL — When doctors amputated Stacie McClaflin’s right leg earlier this year, her two boys walked for her. When she wept, they held her hand. And when she searched for hope, their eyes gave her reason to look no further.
"I don’t know what I’d do without them,” said McClaflin, 33, whose leg was amputated April 21. "I count my blessings every day.”
