Movie about John Wesley premieres in Winston-Salem

WINSTON-SALEM , N.C. (AP) — A movie about the founder of the Methodist movement will premiere in Winston-Salem, where its director found many useful landmarks for scenes.

The Winston-Salem Journal reported that the Rev. John Jackman directed the movie "Wesley." It premieres at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Stevens Center .

Old Salem and Bethabara play prominent roles in the film, as do Salem College...
