The film was written and directed by Christian Carion.

Screenings will be 6 p.m. Thursday, 4 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday. Admission is free.

The film, based on true stories of the 1914 World War I Christmas ceasefires along the Western front, tells the story of a spontaneous Christmas Eve truce declared by the Scottish, French and German troops during World War I.

For one night, enemies leave weapons behind to band together to forget the brutalities of war.
