View June 14, 2010 Oklahoma flooding pictures by photographers for The Oklahoman. Storms dropped about 10 inches of rain on at least one part of Oklahoma City, flooded neighborhoods, closed some interstates, stranded motorists and left some residents clinging to trees and awaiting rescue. The storms -- which forecasters said followed each other like a series of train cars moving over the same area -- also led state authorities to declare a state of emergency in 59 of Oklahoma's 77 counties.
