Mustang Brewing plans grand re-opening party

It’s taken nearly a year, but Mustang Brewing Co. announced this week they will soon be ready to start brewing their beer in-house again.

The Oklahoma City brewer has been largely out of commission since the May 31 storms knocked out their brewhouse.

Now, Mustang President Tim Schoelen passes along this message:

“Our Grand Re-Opening Party will be 5 to 9 p.m. on Friday, May 16. We will have a long list of beers on tap, live music, food trucks, and more. … This new brew system is incredible! A huge upgrade from the manual system we had at the old location. It is perfectly suited for the more artisanal, craftier beers we are set to release this year and next.

“Finally, we’re back in business! It has been a long, hard road since 5/31/13. We could not be more excited about what the future holds.”
