Nash man dies after Grant County wreck in Oklahoma

Phillip C. Clover, 84, of Nash, was driving east on a Grant County road when he failed to yield at State Highway 132 and his vehicle was struck by a southbound tractor-trailer, according to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol report.

A Nash man died from injuries suffered Tuesday afternoon in a Grant County wreck, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Phillip C. Clover, 84, was driving east on a Grant County road when he failed to yield at State Highway 132 and his vehicle was struck by a southbound tractor-trailer, according to the patrol report.

Clover died at an Enid hospital. The driver of the tractor-trailer, Jose Antonio Tarango, 38, of Kingfisher, was not hurt, troopers said.

Clover was not wearing a seat belt.
