National Signing Day: OSU's Broken Arrow signees Gyasi Akem, Devon Thomas ready for 'Body by Glass'

Devon Thomas already knows all about the phrase “Body by Glass,” referring to Oklahoma State's rigorous strength and conditioning regimen orchestrated by coordinator Rob Glass.

Gyasi Akem is already hearing all about Body by Glass from his high school teammate, as the pair of Broken Arrow products celebrated signing with the Cowboys Wednesday.

“He's gonna put a hurtin' on you in the weight room,” Thomas said of Glass' program. “But Body by Glass is what you want. He knows what he's doing in there.”

Thomas, who is rated a three-star running back by Rivals, is already enrolled and participating in winter conditioning. Akem, a four-star linebacker, will arrive for summer workouts in June.
