He
's such a great defender. Long, very athletic, great timing on his blocks and a hard worker.

During the draft process I have talked to all my Kentucky teammates, Xavier Henry, Ekpe Udoh, Dexter Pittman, Hassan Whiteside, Cole Aldrich, Avery Bradley and quite a few other people. We all usually talk and discuss past workouts.

As soon as I started playing I believed that I could realize my dream of playing in the NBA.

Kentucky practices were the most competitive practices that I have ever been a part of. It was so much fun and a joy really. We all got after each other.

My first year in the NBA I expect to provide great one-on-one and team defense. Plus energy off the bench!

By year five I want to provide defense and offense. I am going to work to be the total package

If a team takes me and wants to put me in the D-League, I understand that it's a process and if they plan to do that, I know they know what they're doing and I'll just work with them on it.

Having played on the same team as Blake Griffin and DeMarcus Cousins, I've gone against them in practice. Blake is quicker than DeMarcus and more athletic. And that's what really makes him the tougher matchup.

Blake and John Wall both have a focus that's on another level. Both extreme competitors, they both have really good sense of humor. They're great people and are fun to be around.
