FAN INFORMATION
NCAA Fan Festival: Softball fans can step up to the plate or into the circle to experience what the players experience. There will also be WCWS giveaways, music, autograph sessions, photo opportunities and merchandise. Admission is free.

Fan festival schedule

Thursday: 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Friday: 4:30 to 9 p.m.

Saturday: 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Sunday: 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Monday: 5:30 to 8 p.m.

Tuesday: 5:30 to 8 p.m.

June 9 (if necessary): 5:30 to 8 p.m.

Youth clinics
Free youth softball clinics will be held Saturday and Sunday at the Putnam City Optimist Club at 8601 N.W. 50th in Bethany. Pre-registration is available at www.NCAA.com/wcws.

Participants will receive instruction from NCAA coaches and student-athletes. The clinics also feature a session for parents and guardians with information on recruiting, academics and eligibility to be an NCAA student-athlete.

Participants must be 8 to 16 years old and there is no cost to attend the clinics. Registration starts at 8 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday and the clinics run through noon.

Fan giveaways
The first fans through the gates each day will receive a complimentary giveaway:

→Thursday: First 1,000 fans get a WCWS bracelet

→Friday: First 1,000 fans get a WCWS commemorative poster

→Saturday: First 1,000 fans get a WCWS sling bag

→Sunday: First 1,000 fans get a WCWS key chain.

→Monday: First 5,000 fans get WCWS rally towels and fans

→Tuesday: First 2,000 fans get pink foam "K” to support fight against cancer
