NDSU taking on Towson in FCS championship game

FARGO, N.D. (AP) — The North Dakota State University football team is a win away from a three-peat.

The undefeated and two-time defending national champion Bison are taking on Towson in the Football Championship Subdivision title game in Frisco, Texas. Game time is 1 p.m. Central.

NDSU has rolled into the championship game, beating opponents in the playoffs by an average of 34 points. Towson has had a little tougher road, beating its opponents by an average of 11 points.

NDSU is 14-0 on the season. Towson is 13-2.
