Neb. museums to allow free admission on Sept. 28

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — Several Nebraska museums are offering free admission on Sept. 28 as part of an event sponsored by Smithsonian magazine.

The public will have a chance to visit the International Quilt Study Center and Museum and the University of Nebraska State Museum of Natural History. Both museums are participating in the magazine's annual "Museum Day Live!" event.

Visitors who present the "Museum Day Live!" ticket will gain free entrance for up to two people for one day only.
