Neighbor turns home into doggie day care

There are seven dogs and a cat in Laura Rhodes ' house in Norman , all because she has power and the homes around her do not.
"(And) we're going to have a bird,” she added. "It's coming down the block right now.
"That's the responsibility of neighbors with power on.”
