The new Scissortail Lane Campground offers 18 sites that include a picnic table and a fire ring with grill as well as 50-amp electrical service and water.

Five pull-through sites will help individuals avoid backing their vehicles as they settle in to their campsite, said Sam McFee, assistant director of Oklahoma State University Risk Management, who oversees administrative functions at the lake.

The Pine Grove sites also feature additional pull-through sites, with picnic tables and fire rings at each site.

Five cabins were recently converted from annual leases to nightly rentals.
