Companies’ history
Wilson and Hoge started Paradigm Realty in 1995. They said they grew it to become the No. 2 independent realty company in the metro area, along the way providing residential and commercial real estate sales and property management services. AdvantEdge Real Estate was established in 1997 and operated as a Coldwell Banker franchise owned by Bridgeport Holdings until last January. Cassidy was a partner in Bridgeport Holdings. Cassidy, who also serves on the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission, said the merger had been in the works for about three months. Hoge said the merger "will definitely strengthen our market share in the 17 outlining communities.” Cassidy called the merger a strategic move. "By combining forces, we are strengthening our ability to offer the very finest ‘cutting edge’ service to the public and to our Realtors.”Toolbar sponsored by: David Stanley Ford
