New comics released on Christmas Eve

by Matthew Price Published: December 24, 2013

With Christmas and New Year’s Day falling on Wednesday, comic book stores will release comic books on Tuesday for the next two weeks.  The following are the Christmas Eve releases that will be in stores today, via PreviewsWorld.com.  It’s not an enormous number of releases, but it’s a nice list of heavy hitters, including “Justice League” and “Forever Evil” from DC and “Avengers” and “Origin II” from Marvel.   Image Comics is launching a new creator-owned title from James Robinson (“Starman”) called “Saviors.”  Some comic shops will be open different hours today, so you might call ahead.
