New details given in Kelsey case

Michael Porter, the only person charged with the murder of two year old Kelsey Smith Briggs, is out of jail Wednesday night.

Porter has posted a one million dollar bond.

He must get an ankle tracking bracelet, surrender his passport, and not have contact with anyone involved in the case, except for his biological daughter.

Other big developments in the case Wednesday night.
