New east facade to be added to Dowell Center
Developer Rick Dowell will add a new east facade to his 20-story Dowell Center as his neighbor, SandRidge Energy , razes a neighboring parking garage.
SandRidge Energy previously announced it would replace the garage at 120 Robert S. Kerr Ave. with a new modern-design “amenities” building that will be home to a fitness center, restaurant, day care, rock-climbing gym and auditorium.
