New fiscal year brings several laws into effect
A law paving the way for Oklahoma motorists to get new license tags goes into effect Tuesday.
House Bill 3326 is the result of a task force on Oklahoma license plates, said Sen. Clark Jolley, R-Edmond , the bill's author and co-chairman of the task force.
It is one of several bills that are going into effect Tuesday, which is the beginning of the state fiscal year.
