New Rangers deal with RedHawks uncertain
Oklahoma City has been the home of the Texas Rangers ’ Triple-A farm club since 1983. Times might be changing.
The RedHawks will begin the fourth and final year of their current player development deal with Texas next April. Beyond next season, it’s not yet clear whether that agreement will be extended. Player development deals are extended in two- and four-year increments.
