Co-owner Kyle Allison said a possibility of rain could hamper opening-day business, “but we'll just see how it goes.”

The $4.5 million project features a lazy river, shaded toddler splash zone, four-lane mat racer slide, double tube slide and private cabanas.

The water park will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays until Memorial Day weekend, and then it will be open daily, seven days a week, for the summer season.
