Newcastle cake decorator hopes to win as Sugar Arts Show returns to Tulsa
TULSA — After finishing as runner-up in the 2009 Grand National Wedding Cake Competition, Robin VanHoozer has her eyes on the top prize for this year's event, which will begin Saturday.
