Morrow is the Dallas Stars' forward who played with the Blazers two years ago when the NHL was on strike.

Hinz, a seventh-round NHL Draft pick in 1997, has spent the past three years playing in Austria and Sweden. He's also played four years in the highest-rated American minor league, the AHL.

The past two seasons in Austria, Hinz (rhymes with wins) has scored 51 goals and 127 points in 103 games.

Hinz, a childhood friend of Blazers forward Garrett Prosofsky, has already made quite an impression in only three games with the Blazers.
