    High winds made contact with the roof of a northwest Oklahoma City apartment building being remodeled Monday morning and sparked a blaze, Oklahoma City fire Deputy Chief Benny Fulkerson said. Firefighters were able to put out the fire at 711 NW 30 in about 20 minutes.
