From recycling your newspaper to buying carbon credits, there is a lot you can do to do your part — and now NewsOK is making it easier.

NewsOK launched the Going Green Web page this week. The page is designed to give you the information and advice you need to make your lifestyle green.

On the page, you can watch videos with recycling tips, green lifestyle information and more. You can also get involved in the green discussion on the message board.

Take a moment to explore our special educational Web site devoted to air quality issues, where you can find a link to the Going Green page.

Going Green also puts the latest environmental stories from The Oklahoman at your fingertips with our comprehensive RSS feed of all related stories — a great way to find out more about Oklahoma's environmental issues.

Members of the OPUBCO staff who are living a green lifestyle (or are trying hard to do so) contribute to a Going Green blog. There you can find tips, first-hand accounts and information on environmental news from all over the world. It is also a great place to give your opinions and tips on green living.

If you want to make your lifestyle green, Going Green is the place to start.
