NFL has systems set up to help new players adjust

The NFL believes that helping ease the transition that rookies must make is important.

A million bucks worth of important.

Like the NBA and Major League Baseball , the NFL holds a rookie minicamp for life skills. It is mandatory for every first-year player, all in an attempt to make their off-field adjustments smoother.
