Rebecca L. Bryan, 52, also told the man “she still loved him … and that she was thinking of buying a house near where” he lives, the agent reported.
She is charged with first-degree murder. Her husband, Keith Bryan, 52, was shot in the head at their Mustang home the night of Sept. 20. He died the next day.
The possible motive for the shooting was revealed for the first time in court affidavits filed Monday. In the affidavits, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agent, Shawn Wright, asked a judge for permission to search the defendant's home and work.
In a 911 phone call, Rebecca Bryan blamed an intruder for the shooting. She was arrested after the handgun used in the shooting was found inside her home in a clothes dryer.
