Oklahoma City police officer cleared in fatal crash
An Oklahoma City police officer involved in a fatal crash will not face a negligent homicide charge, the district attorney said Thursday.
The officer, John Paull , was driving 64 mph in a 35 mph zone just before his police cruiser struck another car in the driver's side about 5:30 a.m. July 29, police said.
Killed was driver Raul Rios Becerra , 49, of Oklahoma City.
