What will he do now?
Wilson's mother could not be reached by cell phone Tuesday, but Bridget Melson, a psychotherapist who has been working on the case, said Cathy Wilson had traveled to California to meet her son.
"Cathy is just dying to see her son,” she said. "She is just beside herself with excitement.”
Melson said the big question now is whether Matthew Wilson will choose to go home to southeast Oklahoma with her — or to stay in California.
