Women’s golf clinic set

Westwood Park is offering a ladies’ spring clinic from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays, beginning May 6 and ending May 27. The four-week clinic will be taught by professional golfers Rick Parish, Bobby Florer, Jerry Halsey, Robert O. Smith and Richard Buchanan. Classes will introduce women to clubhouse policies and procedures, course rules and etiquette. Instruction will include putting, chipping and full-swing mechanics. Clubs will be provided for those who don’t have them. Cost is $80, or $20 per class. Participants get a $10 discount if they pay for all four sessions ahead of time. To register, call 292-9700.

Norman health system conducting survey

The Norman Regional Health System is conducting a community health needs survey for the regional communities it serves. The survey is a first step in a comprehensive assessment of the health needs of individuals living in the health system’s service area.
