Norman City Council races shape up
NORMAN — Ward 2 Councilman Tom Kovach drew a last-minute opponent Wednesday on the final day of filing for city council races in Norman.
Kovach, 49, is seeking a third term on the city council. Races also developed in the other even-numbered wards up for election this year.
Shortly before filing ended at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Matt Leal , 29, filed for Ward 2.
