Norman council OKs settlements in officer-related shooting
NORMAN — A monetary settlement of lawsuits arising from a police officer-involved shooting will be added to the property tax rolls for collection, city officials said.
The amount, expected to top $188,000, will be spread over a three-year period for collection purposes to minimize its impact, City Attorney Jeff Bryant said.
