Lettuce, spinach, peas, strawberries and watermelon are just some of the locally grown produce available at this year’s Norman Farm Market at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds, 615 E Robinson St.

Hours for the market, which opened in April, are 8 a.m. to noon Saturdays and 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays. Besides produce, customers can purchase fresh flowers, bedding plants, honey and home-canned jellies and jams.

People also can visit the Cleveland County Master Gardeners’ teaching and demonstration garden in the southwest corner of the fairgrounds for home gardening tips and other agriculture information.
