Norman hospital offers a breath of fresh air
NORMAN — The Norman Regional HealthPlex received a hyperbaric oxygen chamber this fall, and it arrived none too soon for Lloyd Peterson.
The Dibble resident severely injured a foot in a motorcycle accident and almost lost it.
But with the chamber, which arrived Sept. 23, Peterson can breathe pure oxygen, which promotes faster production of healthy tissue.
He never was worried about lying in the clear ...
