Norman library schedules computer classes

NORMAN — In-person registration begins at 9 a.m. Tuesday for free computer classes offered at Norman Public Library, 225 N Webster. Telephone registration, at 701-2620, starts at 1 p.m.

The classes are limited to 14 people. Classes will meet in the Computer Training Center at the library.

Each two-hour session includes time for individual practice on the computers. Anyone more than 10 minutes late to class will not be guaranteed a computer. Numerous classes are offered on basic computer skills, computer software and Internet.

Other classes this month include "Blogging Basics,” 6:30 p.m. July 22 and an investment education seminar, 6:30 p.m. July 29.
