Poetry reading set for Sunday
Fiction writers Bayard Godsave and George McCormick will be featured at 2 p.m. Sunday at a poetry reading at the Santa Fe Depot, 200 S Jones Ave. Godsave will read from his in-progress Oklahoma novel, with McCormick reading from a forthcoming story collection.

Junior Jammer registration opens
Registration is open for the 2013 Winter Junior Jammer Basketball League for children. Registration deadline is Dec. 19. Forms can be downloaded at www.juniorjammer.com and turned in at any city recreation center or at city hall. Play begins Jan. 19. For more information, call 292-9703.
