Oklahoma State picked up its first commitment from the 2015 recruiting class Wednesday morning when Norman North quarterback John Kolar announced his commitment via Twitter.

Kolar, who is 6-foot-4 and 185 pounds, started last season as a backup to Alabama signee David Cornwell, but took over midway through the season when Cornwell suffered a season-ending knee injury. He completed 65 percent of his passes and 15 touchdowns, while throwing just two interceptions. He also rushed for three touchdowns.
