Norman road widening project's first phase begins Monday
NORMAN — A major road- widening project begins Monday on 60th Avenue NW, with the first construction phase happening between Tecumseh and Franklin roads.
The one-mile strip along 60th Avenue NW will be closed to traffic while the road is widened from two lanes to four, project engineer Scott Sturtz said.
