Norman stabbing investigation leads to bomb discovery in Oklahoma City, multiple arrests

Nicholas Buchalski, 29, of Oklahoma City, was arrested on complaints of manufacturing an explosive device, possession of an offensive weapon while committing a felony, possession of a controlled and dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, authorities said. Buchalski's bail was set at $43,500.

Chansler Brownlee, 19, of Norman, was jailed on a complaint of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, police said. His bail was set at $4,000.

The explosive device discovered by officers was a small vile with a fuse in it, police Master Sgt. Gary Knight said. A bomb squad took the device to a range and destroyed it, Knight said.
