Reid Miller, Northwestern

*Position: Quarterback

*Height, weight: 6-foot-3, 200 pounds

*Class: Redshirt freshman

*Hometown: Pampa, Texas

*Scouting report: Miller helped Northwestern post its first win of the football season, a 25-21 decision over Southeastern in Alva. Miller threw a 20-yard touchdown pass to Reginald Harris in the second quarter to give the Rangers a 12-7 advantage at halftime. With 1:19 left in the third quarter, Miller broke free for a 65-yard TD run that gave Northwestern the lead for good. For the game, Miller was 13 of 26 for 164 yards passing; he led Northwestern rushers with seven carries for 121 yards.
