NPR Music to webcast Newport folk, jazz festivals
NEWPORT, R.I. (AP) — NPR Music says it plans to webcast and broadcast performances from the upcoming Newport folk and jazz festivals.
This is the second consecutive year that NPR Music has streamed the heralded festivals online. The performances will also be available on five NPR partner stations.
NPR Music plans to archive the performances and make podcasts available on its Web site.
