Two women drew onlookers in downtown Tulsa Thursday during a publicity stunt designed to promote going vegan.
Virginia Fort and Lauren Quillo with People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals stood nude in a portable shower at Main and Fifth streets.
The event was held at noon “to let consumers know that the best thing that they can do to curb the projected water shortage in Oklahoma and help the environment in other ways is to go vegan,” according to a news release.
