Occupy OKC can't camp overnight in Kerr Park, federal judge rules

A federal judge Monday denied a request by Occupy OKC organizers for a permanent injunction that would allow the group to continue camping overnight in downtown's Kerr Park, but police don't plan to enforce the ruling right away.

U.S. District Judge Timothy DeGiusti also ruled Monday to dissolve a temporary restraining order he issued Dec. 2.
