MUSKOGEE -- Reserve police officer Charles "Mark" Shamblin was arrested after his home in Webbers Fallas burned.

His wife and stepdaughter were inside the structure when the fire began.

The Muskogee Phoenix reports that Shamblin is accused of setting the fire.

His wife told authorities he had threatened to pour gasoline on her. She said he brought a gas can into the house and started one fire, then threatened the burn the entire structure.
