Friday's livestock report from the Oklahoma City Stockyards: Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report and Cow and Bull Report for Week of Jan. 11 through Thursday.

Receipts: 29,142; Last Week: 31,786; Last Year: 34,626.

Combined weighted average report for Oklahoma auctions. Seven auctions reported this week: Ada, Apache Cows, Apache feeder sale close, El Reno, Mcalester, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Woodward. Feeder cattle sold $3-$5 lower. Lighter weight calves continued to trend higher, however calves over 450 lbs. saw major declines. The drought continues and now any cattle that are turned out on wheat are having to compete with the geese for limited supplies of wheat. To say that moisture is needed is a severe understatement.
