OKC Barons' new lineup is productive

The Barons are regrouping after losing four stars. Jordan Eberle and Justin Schultz will rank 1-2 in the AHL in scoring for a few more weeks. Former No. 1 overall draft picks Taylor Hall and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins also returned to Edmonton for training camp with the NHL's Oilers.

Defenseman Alex Plante had only one point his first 28 games but recorded his second assist of the season on Arcobello's goal. Plante, though, went to the locker room early in the third period and did not return following a fight with Charlotte defenseman Brett Bellemore.

Plante was holding his right shoulder when he exited. He won't play in Sunday's game.

Mike Linville won a Ford Edge at Saturday's game. The Barons are giving away a new vehicle at every Saturday home game, giving away a dozen vehicles this season. ... The 17 shots allowed in regulation were two shy of the fewest allowed in the Barons' three-year history. ... Arcobello had six shots on goal, Paajarvi and Colten Teubert four each.
