•Scouting report: The Barons, ninth in the Western Conference, face the AHL’s hottest team. The Stars, first in the Western Conference, are 8-1-1 in their past 10 games, but OKC swept two games in Cedar Park last month. … Mark Arcobello, the Barons’ all-time scoring leader, has scored in all 15 games (28 points) since being reassigned to OKC six weeks ago. … Brad Hunt (44 points) is among the AHL’s top defensemen. … The Barons flip-flopped backup goalies. Laurent Brossoit, who posted seven shutouts for Bakersfield, has replaced Tyler Bunz. … Texas is led by Travis Morin (75 points), who leads the league in scoring, and Colton Sceviour (63 points), who is fourth.
