OKC Beautiful: It's time to get those pruners out!

OKC Beautiful provides tips for pruning your garden shrubs, bushes and trees.

Hibiscus: It is time to prune back the dead wood on the perennial hibiscus. Do this before the new shoots appear, so they will not be damaged. The hibiscus is a heavy feeder. As soon as it is cut back, scatter composted cattle manure around the plant.
