OKC Central: Developer will seek OK of plan for site in Oklahoma City's Lower Bricktown

On Wednesday, developer Randy Hogan will seek approval by the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority on his plan for what is essentially the last big undeveloped spot of city-owned land in Lower Bricktown.
