OKC Council races headed to April 2 runoff

Gary Marrs came in second place in his bid for re-election Tuesday to the Ward 1 seat of the Oklahoma City Council, but a final decision will have to wait until a runoff.

A runoff will also happen in Ward 7, where incumbent Ronald “Skip” Kelly managed to take first place but failed to get more than 50 percent of the vote.
