An Oklahoma City man was arrested Sunday after an officer said he was hiding marijuana between his buttocks.
About 8:30 Sunday night, an officer pulled over Shane Gabriel, 22, after he failed to signal during a left turn, according to a police report.
The officer smelled marijuana coming from the car, and Gabriel consented to be searched by the officer. The officer did not find anything on Gabriel at first, but on a second search, found Gabriel’s “buttocks squeezed together and legs together,” according to the report.
When the officer forced Gabriel’s legs apart, a plastic bag containing about 12 grams of marijuana fell out, according to the report.
Gabriel was booked into Oklahoma County jail of complaints of possession of marijuana, driving under suspension and on two Oklahoma City warrants. He was released on $10,000 bail.
